After a full year of live streaming Mass from a cell phone, Our Lady of Good Counsel has upgraded to a permanently installed camera! During the worst of the lockdown, live streaming enabled us to bring Holy Mass to the homes of our parishioners, family, and friends near and far. We will continue broadcasting Holy Mass for those who cannot attend in person.
Please note the following information:
- For the time being, the new camera broadcasts to YouTube only. We will no longer live stream directly on Facebook. You can find live video and past recordings on our YouTube Channel. You may wish to subscribe to the channel to receive alerts when we are broadcasting live.
- Video recordings will no longer be posted individually to the News section of our website. Instead, you can find recordings on our Video Archives page or directly on YouTube. The most recent video recording is also available on the home page, www.olgcc.org.
- For the time being, we will continue to live stream the 11:00 am Sunday Mass. If the regular schedule changes, we will note that on our website. Check our Calendar for additional live stream times (such as Holy Days of Obligation, or other special Masses and events).
New technology often comes with a learning curve, and we apologize that the audio was not working for the first trial run of the new camera on March 28th. Thank you for your patience as we get the new system up and running.
